Alogo Human Resources helps businesses achieve growth by creating efficiency and effectiveness in Human Resources. We work together with clients by selecting opportunities, reviewing compliance, and building sound plans for ease and engagement. We are passionate about positive work environments with smart solutions. Whether an organization requires an extensive long-term involvement and commitment or a brief assessment, Alogo Human Resources can customize a plan to bring the results necessary for growth.
Founder & CEO
Ariel is deeply passionate about human resources from both the employer and employee perspective. She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and extensive experience in both a corporate setting and small businesses in the community. Her favorite thing about human resources is making things easier and efficient for employers while being as transparent as possible with employees in a positive work environment. Before launching Alogo Human Resources, Ariel spent nearly ten years at Farmers Insurance in several roles including service operations as well as contracts and compliance. In addition to Farmers Insurance, Ariel has over a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry through work with restaurants, catering, transportation and event planning companies. Ariel has worked with businesses fulfilling a variety of needs as they relate to human resources such as: developing training and onboarding program for college interns in a corporate setting, developing employee handbooks and compliance policies for a small ethical sustainable start-up, and managing all human resources operations for a transportation company throughout three locations within the state, among other projects.
Ariel is a Michigan native and graduated from Davenport University’s Donald W. Maine College of Business with a BBA and she also holds a PHR certification from HRCI (HR Certification Institute).
